Further Images from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the images.

Also included in this recent photograph disclosure is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had created ambitious plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a legend labelling distinct sections of the land.

In addition to this are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including plans for marina coverings.

Additional documentation made public as part of the ongoing congressional release.
