Rallying from a 30-14 hole in the final period, the Seattle squad emerged victorious by a single point at home, registering their fifth straight victory.
While the Rams had become the first to earn a playoff spot earlier on Sunday, the Seahawks secured their place to the postseason after a two-year absence.
With this outcome, the Seahawks now lead their Conference race with a 12-3 mark, replacing the Los Angeles, who dropped to the fifth seed with an 11-4 standing.
