A member of the famed Kennedy family, Tatiana Schlossberg, died on Tuesday following a November announcement of a rare leukemia diagnosis.

Her passing was confirmed in a online announcement from the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum.

“Our beautiful Tatiana passed away this morning. She will forever remain in our hearts.”

Insight into the Illness

Within a personal essay late last year, it was shared that she had been suffering from acute myeloid leukemia with a uncommon variant.

This form of cancer is a cancer that originates in the blood and bone marrow.

The family is seeking space as they cope with their sorrow.
